Processing of personal data

INFORMATION CLAUSE
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF CUSTOMERS (NATURAL PERSONS)

Pursuant to Article 14 (1-2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/06/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (“GDPR”) – I inform you that:

  1. The controller of your personal data is Renata Strojewska, running a business under the name of Biuro Tłumaczeń “POLARIS” Renata Strojewska, ul. Łukowska 10a, 54-102 Wrocław, NIP: 897-154-96-26, tel. 603 570 320, e-mail: biuro@rs-tlumaczenia.pl (“PDC”).
  2. Your personal data is processed:
    • in order to perform the contract for the provision of services to which you are a party or to take steps at your request before concluding such a contract (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR);
    • in order to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on PDC under generally applicable provisions of law, including tax law (Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR);
    • on the basis of your consent to its processing (Article 6 (1) (a) and / or Article 9 (2) (a) GDPR).
  3. Your personal data may be transferred to persons cooperating with PDC, in particular to accounting, legal or IT companies (recipients).
  4. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or to an international organization.
  5. Your personal data will be retained in the case of personal data processing:
    • in connection with the performance of the contract – for the period in which claims related to the contract may be lodged;
    • in connection with your request to take action before the conclusion of the a contract – personal data will be immediately deleted if the contract is not concluded;
    • in order to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on PDC – for the period specified in the relevant provisions of law;
    • on the basis of consent – until the consent is revoked by you.
  6. You have the right to:
    • access your personal data;
    • demand its rectification, deletion or limitation of processing,
    • object to processing,
    • data portability,
    • withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal – if the processing takes place on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) GDPR,
    • lodging a complaint to the supervisory body, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  7. Providing personal data is necessary to conclude a contract for the provision of services.
  8. Your personal data will not be processed as part of any automated decision making process, including profiling.
