- in order to perform the contract for the provision of services to which you are a party or to take steps at your request before concluding such a contract (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR);
- in order to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on PDC under generally applicable provisions of law, including tax law (Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR);
- on the basis of your consent to its processing (Article 6 (1) (a) and / or Article 9 (2) (a) GDPR).
- Your personal data may be transferred to persons cooperating with PDC, in particular to accounting, legal or IT companies (recipients).
- Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or to an international organization.
- Your personal data will be retained in the case of personal data processing:
- in connection with the performance of the contract – for the period in which claims related to the contract may be lodged;
- in connection with your request to take action before the conclusion of the a contract – personal data will be immediately deleted if the contract is not concluded;
- in order to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on PDC – for the period specified in the relevant provisions of law;
- on the basis of consent – until the consent is revoked by you.
- You have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- demand its rectification, deletion or limitation of processing,
- object to processing,
- data portability,
- withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal – if the processing takes place on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) GDPR,
- lodging a complaint to the supervisory body, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- Providing personal data is necessary to conclude a contract for the provision of services.
- Your personal data will not be processed as part of any automated decision making process, including profiling.
